Isola films* was founded through the creative partnership of Terese Aiello & Nate Cohen. Terese and Nate met in San Francisco in 2001 while working on an improvisational film. They decided to put their sense of humor, resources, talent and energy together to create and produce films that touch on the simplest forms of the human experience. Whether comedy or drama, what's most important is how the viewer will be able to relate to the story.

*Isola films is named after the small village in Sicily that Terese's family originated from, Isola delle Femmine.

"Never The Lonely"

In April of 2004, Terese began writing the short film, "Never the Lonely". Through many hours of writing and collaboration a final script was produced and pre-production for the film began in May. With Nate's excellent resources and hard work, an extremely talented crew was brought together. Terese based several of her characters on friends that are also talented actors and ended up with an amazing group of players. The film was shot in July and post-production should be complete by December 2004.
